My install of Ce-350 to Windows 8.1 (x64 bit based processor) failed saying cannot run an x86 build of this utility on x64 platform...what install do I need?

The error message suggests that you are trying to install a 32-bit version of the software on a 64-bit Windows platform. You need to find a 64-bit version of the FUTURA CE-350 Software for Windows compatible with your Windows 8.1 operating system.
I have the original disk but with Windows 7 it will not let me load the disk so I downloaded the update but its missing the file. How am I supposed to download the original disk when it won't install it on Windows 7?

The software for these machines is not available for public downloading. The software either comes with the machine or needs to be purchased from their official website. You can try to apply a compatibility tweak on your software to install it at least and then apply the available updates downloaded from the following website: http://futura-support.com/products/ce-350/software
If this solution doesn't work, a new CD needs to be purchased. I see their software is compatible with Windows 7.
I installed this software but it says I'm missing a "cipro11.dll" file. I tried reinstalling this program a couple of times but to no availability. Do you have a solution?

You need to remove the software then install it again and manually update the driver. This error appears in Windows 8 and on some versions of Windows 7. Install the software then download the update patch from the official website and apply it. Go to Device Manager and locate the problematic driver. It should be marked with a yellow exclamation icon. Right click it and select Update Driver then use the automatic way of installing or the manual way and browse to the installation folder of Future. Select the proper (JUNGO) INF file and wait for Windows to finish installation. Now you have a working application.

There is now the Windows 10 OS. Will there be an update for this software?
Currently, the software is designed to work with the following operating systems:
-Windows 8
-Windows 8.1
-Windows 7
-Windows Vista
-Windows XP
There is no information about Windows 10 yet. Technically, if it works on Windows 8.1, there should be no problem working on Windows 10 as well.
You'd better contact the developers and they will provide additional information: http://futura-support.com/customer-support
